Article III. EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IMPACT FEES

§ 24-39. Imposition of educational system impact fee.

Latest version.

(a)

All residential construction occurring within the county, both within the unincorporated area and within the cities, shall pay the educational system impact fee established in accordance with this Code prior to the issuance of a building permit.

(b)

The educational system impact fee rates for Osceola County shall be those established in the school impact fee update study dated December 4, 2017, as shown below. Future adjustments shall be made in accordance with sections 24-46 and 24-47.
