§ 24-70. Applicability.

(a)

This article and the obligations herein for the payment of the fire rescue impact fee shall apply to all capital facilities impact construction that submits a complete building permit application on or after the effective date of this article and the expiration of the notice period set forth in section 24-12 of this Code.

(b)

A reservation of capacity pursuant to chapter 5, concurrency management system, of this Code, shall not exempt any capital facilities impact construction from paying the fire rescue impact fee.
