§ 25-11. Reporting.

A fiscal report regarding the administrative cost associated with the implementation of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived shall be submitted to the board within six (6) months of its effective date and one (1) year after its effective date. Thereafter, such fiscal report shall be submitted annually. The fiscal report should provide statistical data about the number of complaints, deficient complaints, successful conciliations, complaints referred to hearings and their disposition, the total amount of wages recovered, and any material program costs.
