The general purpose of this article is to secure for all individuals within Osceola
County the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges,
advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in
this article, without discrimination because of age, race, color, religion, national
origin, disability, marital status, familial status, sex, sexual orientation, or gender
identity and expression, and thereby to promote the interests, rights and privileges
of all individuals within Osceola County.
