§ 3-1. Jurisdiction and scope.

(a)

This chapter shall apply to, and be effective within, the unincorporated areas of the county and any municipality which has not adopted an ordinance covering the subject matter, activity, or conduct regulated herein.

(b)

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided under state law.

(c)

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to conflict with F.S. chapters 561—568, the beverage laws of the state.
