§ 4-12. Fees and civil penalties.

(a)

By resolution, the board of county commissioners shall establish reasonable fees for administration of the provisions and procedures of this chapter. All such fees shall remain valid until modified by a new resolution.

(b)

The board of county commissioners hereby adopts the following schedule of civil penalties for violations of this chapter. All such penalties shall remain valid until modified by ordinance. The adopted penalties are set forth as follows:
