§ 4-5. Animal control officers.

(a)

Animal control officers shall be trained and certified in accordance with Florida law.

(b)

Animal control officers shall investigate complaints relating to animals and take appropriate action as is reasonably necessary to enforce the provisions and accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
