There is hereby established a board to be called the county board of codes and appeals,
which shall consist of ten (10) members. Such board shall be composed of one (1) architect
or engineer, one (1) general or building contractor, one (1) residential contractor,
one (1) master electrician, one (1) journeyman electrician, one (1) master plumber,
one (1) journeyman plumber, one (1) master HARV, one (1) journeyman HARV, and one
(1) gas contractor. The board shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners.
Members of the board shall be licensed in and have their principal residence in the
county.
