§ 5-28. Quorum.
Latest version.
Six (6) members of the board of codes and appeals shall constitute a quorum. In varying the application of any provisions of the adopted codes or modifying an order of the county administrator, affirmative votes of the majority present, but not less than five (5) affirmative votes shall be required. No board member shall act in a case in which he has a personal interest.
