§ 5-30. Procedure.

The board of codes and appeals shall elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from among its members and shall establish rules and regulations for its own procedure not inconsistent with the provisions of the adopted code. The board shall meet at regular intervals, to be determined by the chairman, or in any event, the board shall meet within twenty (20) days after a notice of appeal has been received.
