All requirements of the National Electrical Code shall apply to all electrical construction
and all materials and appliances used in connection with the installation, maintenance
and operation of electrical wiring, apparatus, or equipment for light, heat or power
or other purposes within the jurisdiction of the county. This article is to supplement,
clarify, and further define requirements of the National Electrical Code and shall
be in addition to those requirements where more stringent.
