§ 5-97. Authority to inspect for, give notice of unsafe conditions.

The county administrator is hereby empowered to inspect or reinspect all wires and apparatus, conducting or using electric current for light, heat or power, and when such conductors or apparatus are found to be unsafe to life or property, he shall notify the person owning, using or operating them, or either of them to place same in a safe and secure condition within twenty-four (24) hours, or within such additional time as the county administrator shall reasonably determine is necessary.
