§ 5-227. Application.

The owner of a mobile home, or his agent, shall apply to the county administrator for the mobile home setup permit. Application for permit shall name the state-licensed and bonded mobile home dealer or registered contractor who will perform the work, if setup, plumbing or electrical work is to be performed by other than the owner, or shall state that the owner will perform the work if the owner intends to do so and is entitled to do so under the provisions of this article.
