§ 5-228. Fees.

(a)

The fees for permits and inspections required by this division are as established by resolution. These fees are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any permit required under the zoning, building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes; except that the setup fee includes the inspection of the basic electrical, plumbing and setup, where new facilities are required.

(b)

The required fee shall be doubled when mobile home setup work is started prior to obtaining a permit, if subsequently the permit is issued.
