§ 5-231. Revocation.

Any permit issued under this division may be revoked by the building official at any state of completion upon a finding of any of the following circumstances:

(1)

The permit was issued on a misrepresentation of fact in the application;

(2)

The work is not being performed under proper supervision as required by this article;

(3)

The permit was issued in error where no authority for such issuance exists;

(4)

The work is being performed in violation of the provisions of this article;

(5)

The registration of state-licensed and bonded mobile home dealer or contractor named on the permit becomes void for any cause.
