§ 6-32. Applicability.

(a)

Any franchise entered into before October 1, 2001 shall remain in effect according to the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement and shall be subject to this chapter to the full extent permitted by law.

(b)

Any franchise entered into after October 1, 2001 shall be subject to this chapter and the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement. In the event of any conflicting or inconsistent provisions, this chapter as in effect on the date of the grant of the franchise shall prevail unless otherwise expressly set forth in the franchise agreement.
