§ 7-23. Officers.

  • (a)

    Any code enforcement officer, animal control officer, other individual designated to enforce county codes, or any law enforcement officer, may issue citations on behalf of Osceola County for a violation of any county code or ordinance which permits the issuance of a citation.

    (b)

    As used throughout chapter 7, article II, supplemental enforcement procedures; code enforcement citation program of the Osceola County Code of Ordinances and/or any other duly adopted code or ordinance which permits the issuance of a citation, the terms "code enforcement officer" and "officer", shall mean any code enforcement officer, animal control officer, other individual designated to enforce county codes or any law enforcement officer.
