§ 7-31. Statement of legislative intent.

It is the legislative intent of this article to provide an additional or supplemental means to abate drug, prostitution, dealing in stolen property, and criminal street gang activities that create public nuisances in the county. Nothing contained in this article shall prohibit the board of county commissioners from abating such public nuisances by any other means.
