§ 8-12. Imposition of recording fees associated with county liens.
(a)
A recording fee, in the amount adopted by the clerk of the court, is hereby imposed and shall be added to all county liens at the time of satisfaction.
(b)
The recording fee shall be imposed at the rate adopted by the clerk of court and in effect at the time of the satisfaction of the county lien.
(c)
The recording fee shall hereafter be imposed for the recording of all county lien satisfactions, regardless of the lien origination date.
(d)
The recording fee must be paid in full prior to a county lien satisfaction being recorded in the public records of Osceola County, Florida.
(e)
All recording fees collected by the county will be paid directly to the clerk of the court for the recording of each county lien satisfaction.
