§ 8-2. Ray Shanks Law Library.

(a)

There is hereby continued in its existence and renamed the Ray Shanks Law Library, such library to be managed under the auspices of the board of county commissioners. The location of such library shall be as may be deemed appropriate by the board of county commissioners from time to time.
