§ 8-27. Civil traffic hearing officer program.

Osceola County hereby establishes a civil traffic hearing officer program as authorized by F.S. §§ 318.30 through 318.38, as amended, and as implemented by the administrative order of the Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit dated November 25, 1997 and such orders pertinent thereto as may be subsequently issued.
