§ 8-30. Collection and reporting of funds.

(a)

The clerk of the court shall collect the two dollar ($2.00) or five dollar ($5.00) court cost as applicable on all civil traffic infractions and the fifteen dollar ($15.00) parking ticket court cost as assessed with ten (10) percent of said court costs being retained by the clerk of the court for administration.

(b)

The clerk of the court shall forward all funds collected on behalf of the program to Osceola County Board of County Commissioners for deposit into the civil infraction hearing officer fund on a monthly basis.
