Article IV. NOISE |
§ 9-107. Intent, scope and short title.
(a)
The board of county commissioners intends to prevent, prohibit and provide for the abatement of excessive and unnecessary noise which may injure the health or welfare of its citizens or degrade the quality of life.
(b)
This article shall pertain to all sound originating within the unincorporated areas of the county.
(c)
This article shall be known as "The Osceola County Noise Control Ordinance."
