A violation of this article is an offense and shall be punishable in accordance with
law, including, but not limited to, proceedings before the code enforcement board.
This article may be enforced by code inspectors and code enforcement officers acting
pursuant to chapter 7 of this Code, and by law enforcement officers pursuant of F.S. § 943.10(1), having
jurisdiction in unincorporated Osceola County.
