§ 9-152. [Rules and regulations adopted by reference.]

The following rules and [regulations] as may be renumbered or redesignated from time to time, are hereby adopted by this reference as fully as if set forth herein as the county's regulatory standards and procedures governing the application and disposal of sludges, septage, and domestic wastewater residuals except to the extent modified by this article:
