§ 9-162. Enforcement.

  • It is unlawful and prohibited for any person to suffer, cause or permit a violation of the substantive and procedural standards of this article, or any of them, including but not limited to, failure to obtain and maintain all permits and approvals from the applicable state agency as required under section 9-152 above. Violations may be enforced as follows:

    (1)

    Code enforcement board proceedings.

    (2)

    Prosecution in the name of the state as a misdemeanor pursuant to F.S. § 125.69.

    (3)

    The citation and civil penalty procedures of Ordinance No. 90-10, as amended, codified as Article II of Chapter 7 of the Osceola County Code of Ordinances.

    (4)

    Such other means of enforcement as may be provided by ordinance, law and the Osceola County Code of Ordinances including, but not limited to injunctive relief in the circuit court for which bond shall not be required.
