Article VII. ENVIRONMENTAL LAND CONSERVATION PROGRAM |
§ 9-181. Creation.
Upon the successful adoption of a dedicated ad valorem funding source by voter referendum pursuant to Resolution No. 04-055R, to be held on November 2, 2004, this article establishes the method by which the county shall acquire environmentally significant lands for preservation and protection. The Ordinance shall be known as the "Osceola County Environmental Lands Conservation Program." This article is nonregulatory and in no way encumbers the development rights of landowners or presumes to affect the fair market value of any property identified as environmentally significant.
