§ 12-51. Expiration and renewal.

All permits required by the provisions of this division shall be renewed on or before thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date thereof by submitting a renewal application therefor, providing all documentation that current standards are met and by payment of a permit fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). All permits which are not reviewed shall automatically expire and all nonemergency transportation services rendered thereunder shall immediately cease as of the date of expiration of the permit. All permits shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.
