§ 13-143. License fee.

No vehicle for hire permit shall be issued or continued in operation unless the holder thereof has paid an annual occupational license tax as prescribed by Article II of Chapter 13 of this Code. The tax collector shall not issue such license unless the applicant therefor produces documentation of compliance with the permitting requirements of this article.
