§ 13-146. Designation and insignia of vehicles for hire.
(a)
Each vehicle for hire shall bear on the outside of each front or rear door in painted letters not less than three (3) inches or more than six (6) inches in height, the name of the company and in addition may bear an identifying design approved by the county administrator. Those vehicles determined by the county administrator to be luxury limousines shall be exempted from the provisions of this subsection.
(b)
All vehicles for hire operating under this article shall display the county-issued decal which is obtained when the vehicle for hire permit is issued. The decal must be displayed on the lower left corner of the rear window.
