§ 13-149. Refusal of passenger to pay legal fare.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the legal fare of any of the vehicles mentioned in this article after having hired the same, and it shall be unlawful for any person to hire any vehicle herein defined with the intent to defraud the persons from whom it is hired of the value of such services.
