§ 13-152. Cruising.

By definition, only taxicabs are allowed to cruise the county road system for business. If taxicab cruising creates congestion or traffic hazards or may be dangerous to passengers or other vehicles, the county administrator has the authority to prohibit cruising in designated areas.
