§ 13-153. Additional taxicab passengers.

No taxicab driver shall permit any person to occupy or ride in the vehicle unless the person first employing the taxicab shall consent to the acceptance of an additional passenger. No charge shall be made for the additional passenger except when the additional passenger rides beyond the previous passenger's destination and then only for the additional distance so traveled.
