§ 17-175. Municipal participation.

The provisions of this division concerning countywide parks shall apply to residential construction occurring in both the unincorporated and incorporated areas of the county. Provided, however, that the provisions of this division shall not be enforced within a municipality unless the county and the municipality enter into an interlocal agreement setting forth the terms and conditions under which the provisions of this division shall be implemented within the municipality.
