§ 23-56. Special rules.

A neighborhood or subdivision may apply to the board of county commissioners for special rules which will more stringently restrict the parking of large vehicles. Petitions for special rules shall specifically set out the restrictions desired and be signed by the majority of the affected landowners. Special rules petitions shall be heard at a public hearing before the board of county commissioners.
