§ 5-130. Issuance of final certificate of inspection.

When any electrical wiring, apparatus, or fixtures covered by a permit shall be found upon inspection by the county administrator to conform to the rules and regulations provided by this article, the county administrator shall issue a final certificate of inspection certifying that the wiring, apparatus, or fixtures have been inspected and found to comply with the terms of this article, but no such certificate shall be issued until such equipment is made to conform to such rules and regulations.
