§ 5-131. Connection of unapproved installation to power source prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person furnishing electric current for light, heat, or power to connect its distribution system with any installation of wiring apparatus or fixtures in or on any building within the county, without having first received permission from the county administrator to do so. Such permission shall be given by the county administrator at any time after the certificate hereinafter provided for shall have been issued.
