This article does not apply to:
(1)

Persons exempted from F.S. ch. 489, pt. I [F.S. § 489.101 et seq.] by F.S. § 489.103.

(2)

Persons exempted from F.S. ch. 489, pt. II [F.S. § 489.503 et seq.] by F.S. § 489.503.
