§ 9-151. [Purpose.]
Latest version.
The application and disposal of domestic wastewater residuals, septage and sludges in unincorporated Osceola County is hereby declared to be a serious concern to the public health, safety and welfare because they may contain pathogenic organisms and toxins. This article is intended to provide reasonable regulations to prevent public health, environmental and safety hazards in their land application/disposal.
