§ 13-136. Enforcement.

(a)

Any designated county code enforcement officer or law enforcement officer is authorized to investigate and enforce the provisions of this article. Upon observing a violation of the provisions of this article, any such code enforcement officer or law enforcement officer may enforce the provisions of this article per section 1-6 and Chapter 7 of this Code.

(b)

A driver or representative of a company offering vehicles for hire violating the provisions of this article may be brought before the code enforcement board for appropriate action.
