§ 16-52. Hours of operation.

All commercial motorboats, including without limitation commercially engaged personal watercraft, shall operate upon the waters of Lake Cecile in the county only as follows:

(1)

Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and sunset Monday through Friday, inclusive.

(2)

On Saturday during the months of March through September, inclusive, between 10:00 a.m. and sunset; during all other months between 12:00 noon and sunset on Saturday.

(3)

Operation of commercial motorboats, including without limitation commercially engaged personal watercraft upon the waters of Lake Cecile in the county is prohibited on Sunday.

(4)

No person shall violate, or suffer, cause or permit a violation of the hours of operation set forth above. No livery or other commercial operation shall lease, hire, or rent so as to result in such violation.
