§ 17-183. Payment.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this division prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for residential construction, an applicant shall pay the park impact fees imposed pursuant to section 17-176 or 17-178, as applicable, directly to the county.

(b)

The payment of the park impact fee shall be in addition to all other fees, charges or assessments due for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.

(c)

The obligation for payment of the park impact fees shall run with the land.
