§ 18-93. Applicability.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any newsrack provider to install, erect, place, maintain, use, or operate any newsrack or base that does not conform to the provisions of this article. Any newsrack, not falling within the exemption stated hereinafter, shall be subject to all of the provisions of this article.

(b)

Any newsrack or base, placed within the unincorporated portions of the county, which is within ten (10) feet or less of an occupied principle structure, is not subject to the provisions of this article. However, in areas where the distance from the principle structure is less than ten (10) feet from the edge of the adjacent right-of-way, the entire area from the principle structure through the adjacent right-of-way shall be subject to the provisions of this article.
