§ 23-53. Exemptions.

(a)

Specifically exempted from the provisions of this article are large vehicles parked within the confines of a garage or other enclosed structure (as may be permitted by applicable codes, ordinances, or regulations) in such a fashion as to be fully shielded from public view.

(b)

Recreational type vehicles as defined in F.S. § 320.01.

(c)

Trailer and boat combinations.
